Muddiest Point - Wk 13(?)

In the article about data mining for national security, a program called the Human ID would tag or ID a person based on face recognition or gait.  How does one program a computer to identify a "gait?"

digital video tracks your body movements. I limp and favor my left leg due to past injuries that may or may not be terrorist related. However, a wise man with a deceptive gait once told me that "the greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world he didn't exist" so maybe kevin spacey can trick their tricky computer tricks.
